"Very clean hotel, affordable, lots of amazing amenities and you can choose all sorts of shampoo's, conditioner and body washes. They had an ac and air purifier in the room along with a water dispenser. I do think it's a smoking room but I couldn't smell much smoke so it was perfectly fine. I enjoyed and would 100% stay again for the cost. The one downside is the parking is difficult and you absolutely have to be comfortable parking backwards and in a small area. Otherwise no complaints"

Great stay at grand prince - we were upgraded ( eventually ) to the big club rooms on 19th floor - amazing views and a recently refurbished rooms. Caution not all of the rooms have been. A little out of town but £15 in a cab to peace park . Went out to local restaurants -( Gutsuri An best on our trip ) Staff were great and handy for boat to Miwajima- just one major downside was the swimming pool area which not up to par for a hotel if it’s type - could make much more of it. The hotel itself was great and from before check-in and after check-out, it was all seamless. The host sends instructions for check-in on the day of and as long as you follow that it'll be ok. The hotel was spacious, clean and very comfortable. With your own private kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Also includes a washing machine and a balcony with a drying rack too. Great central location for Peace Park, and hundreds of bars and restaurants nearby, but hotel itself is on a quiet street. Very thoughtfully designed apartments, with all you could need for a long or short stay. There is demolition work next to the hotel at the moment, September 2025, but we weren’t bothered by it in the front room (there are just two rooms per floor), but it might be worth checking with the management about it if you can’t book a room at the front (rooms ending 01)
