"The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. The hotel has two beaches! The staff will rent out snorkelling gear and point you to where the fish can be found. The restaurant serves very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is quite isolated so rent a car if you plan to see the island. "

"AMA Terrace is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the common area and shared facilities are useful and pleasant, and the staff are helpful and generous. Being able to do a load of laundry was a big plus too!"

"Great hotel, is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, even though our Japanese wasn’t great, their breakfast is great and overall is a great place to stay in Amami. You will definitely need to rent a car where ever you stay in Amami because it makes everything a lot easier to get around the Island. "日中の景色も夜の景色も本当に素晴らしく、とても良い時間を過ごせました！ 特にバレルサウナはとても気持ちよかったです。 一方で、少し気になった点もありました。 到着後にシャワーのお湯が出ず、施設へ問い合わせをした際に解決までに少し時間がかかってしまったこと。 また、BBQの際に蚊が多く、蚊取り線香や虫よけがあるとより快適に過ごせると思いました。 キッチンが2階にあるため、飲み物を取りに行くのが少し大変だったので、クーラーボックスを持参すると便利かもしれません。 さらに、サウナ横の桶に少し水漏れがあったので改善されるともっと快適に利用できると思います。 全体的には景色やサウナのおかげでとても癒されましたし、工夫次第でもっと素敵な滞在になる施設だと感じました！"
