"When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction turned the experience for us. They listened, they remembered and helped us move to a room that was according to our expectations. There was no follow up required, everything was seamless. They showed us the cleaned room before having us move. On the next day, they followed up by asking if we had a comfortable stay and according to our liking! The hotel has otherwise clean amenities. Our kids loved the swimming pool that had multiple depths catering to all ages. The kids had a good time at the activity center as well. The breakfast (and dinner) spread was amazing! The staff, especially Rocky, was super friendly. The chef paid extra attention to my father-in-law who had special food needs and customized the menu for him. All in all a highly recommended place. I will come back."

"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"We loved our experience at the resort - the lush greenery, friendly staff, great food options - the best we had in days- proximity to the beach. Pankaj provided a doctor immediately as I came in sick which was timely. I recovered quickly as a result and join the family on day trips. It felt warm as everyone was enquiring. It really shows the warmth of the people here."

"The property is immaculate with fantastic amenities for families. The pool is fantastic. They have a regular large pool, kids pool, open air heated pool different from regular pool and open air jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi. They also have cycling, cricket, Golf, badminton and host of other activities to keep kids and adults busy. The property is overall very beautiful and great for morning runs or just a stroll. They also have direct access to benaulim beach. The food overall is great in taste but I believe the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet lack in variety for a properly of this class. Almost every other property in this class had a larger spread. No complains on quality, taste and service though. The extra bed is exorbitantly priced at ₹ 4000++ per night. The kind bed is big enough though."

"I have stayed previously too at Le Meridian with friends and this time I got a chance to stay with family. The courteous staff and hospitality you get at Le Meridian is unmatched. The reception staff , pool staff and those in dining areas are prompt, warm and helpful . The breakfast buffet is grand although the non vegetarian opens have reduced and are not in display and you get them on request. That was a change. Since lot of families with children are residing at the hotel one should be ready to put up with the noise from playing toddlers and children. I didn’t t mind that for one. It is well connected and 5-7 minutes ago sell to Candolim beach. The swimming pool is clean and high point of the hotel. Will definitely stay again …."

"We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well"
