This is a hotel for displaced or individuals that are homeless. It’s didn’t feel safe the window was broken glass cracked top to bottom. The adjoining doors to other rooms didn’t seem secure. The shades have gaps on the sides you can see inside the rooms. Also parking lot posts a pic of property not being responsible if vehicles are broken into vandalism or damage. It was many children running around playing unattended. Limited cameras. I travel with my 94 yr old mother and didn’t feel safe. I choose not to stay there nor sleep there overnight. I also stress this to management.

I was totally impressed after seeing several reviews. My room was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. The staff was very attentive and personable. The hotel was in walking distance of several nearby stores. I definitely will be making a reservation again in the near future.

Good location for the venue we were attending. Some updates such as new paint/floors were notice however the door lock was digital without a deadbolt so I was grateful to not be staying alone. Overall was clean and comfortable.

It's a difficult to comment since I didn't say anything while at the property ...but I had a long day, we checked in at almost 9p. The front door was out of alignment and could not be locked from inside. The tv did not work--a huge negative for me--neither did the remote control. Breakfast was minimal.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Belgian Waffles were an added bonus at breakfast. We suggest adding a stand alone light in the room with the toilet so in the middle of the light you dont turn on a bright light in the area with the sink and wake people up.

We only stayed for a couple days for a tournament my boys were in. We liked the location and there were mixed reviews so we thought we'd take a chance, since the other hotels we would've preferred were sold out. Upon entering our room we were surprised that the tv was already on. The door to our room didnt have a full seal around it,so we could see light all around it from outside. The window blind didn't cover the entire window,so there was light coming from each side..and it was unsettling bc anyone could look inside our room if they wanted to from the side. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut, so we couldn't lock it...there were no roaches in our room..as other reviewers had mentioned. The shower wall had pieces of the wall paneling missing down by the floor and there was a constant dripping of water. The tv channels didnt work...the fitness center i was told didnt have working power for the machines. When we left our room for our parking lot smelled strongly of weed. Breakfast was OK, the only hot item was pre cooked sausage links. They did have a waffle maker and pre-made (freezer) breakfast sandwiches available in fridge. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The overall stay was ok, however for it to have been a renovated room thr bathrroom door did not close, the front to the room didn't close properly either. There were gaps in the door which allowed bugs in ALL during the stay.
