"Staff at check in were lovely. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The roof top pool was fantastic as there was also plenty of room to sun bathe and it was never too packed."

"Bed was poor. Partial seaview room you needed to hang out over the balcony to see it Bathroom drains smelt badly a few nights. Bathroom accessories non existent. Safe charge high at €6 per day this was not explained at booking. Location excellent and hotel quiet. Overall a nice hotel. Just a pity about the above issues."

"Rooms were very clean and maintained with comfy beds which sheets got changed every 3 days or when requested. Shower and bathroom was immaculate much better than many 4 or 5 stars I've been in. The staff were also very friendly and helpful especially when asking about local busses and taxis. Food served by the pool was nice and reasonably priced, and pool and sun loungers were in good condition.pool isn't too deep so no diving which was a shame but overall was a good pool to swim and relax in....

"When we arrived the staff at the reception were moody and reluctant when checking us in. We asked for access to the safe upon arrival, the man on the front desk said they would be right up to open it for us, we were waiting for over an hour. When we got to our room the was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom that had taken over the whole room. On our first night there, there was a strange man waiting outside our corridor offering prostitution, which was concerning. When it came to checking out...

"We stayed at Ona Suites for 9 nights in a one bed apartment. Apartment was exactly what we needed with clean decent size rooms, a good kitchenette and a massive balcony. We didn't cook anything as mainly had dinner out or got uber eats delivery but it was useful for breakfast and some lunches when we were still on property. Pool is nice but the sun lounger setup is a bit weird at first as most people are just lying on their towels on the hard ground. Discovered it was only €1.50 a day...

Parcheggio occupato per tutto il periodo di soggiorno e parcheggiare nelle vicinanze era davvero difficile e stressante."

"The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm. The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication."
