"Exterior of property was in need of updating and serious cleanup with trash containers overflowing with trash from the moment we arrived until we departed two days later. The exterior doors allowing access to the interior corridors could not be locked which allowed access to anyone who did not belong. For the price point the room we stayed in was fine."

"Rather easy to find from the highway exit, I stayed here so I could explore Salt Fork SP over Xmas weekend. Plenty dining areas nearby, not an overly crowded area which is fine with me. "

"I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match. We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was disappointing as we were simply looking for a more practical arrangement with a young child. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was very cold and not enjoyable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Needless to say, I will not be staying here in the future."
