There is nothing to complain about except the fact that once you stay at the Grand you can’t stay anywhere else. Love it so much.

The staff was amazing. Hotels.com didn’t send my reservation through but the front desk staff was very accommodating. They called hotels.com for us and manually pushed the reservation through.

Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown
Instead of breakfast bar there was a restaurant on property. Delicious food and service especially from Miguel. The front desk staff gave excellent service especially Sherief who was attentive to needs of customers. I thank them all for the thoughtful attention
