I specifically booked a king bed room, and it still shows on my confirmation that it should’ve been a king bed. Our plane arrived late. As we were going through baggage, we received a call from the front desk clerk at the Hilton hotel asking if we were still coming. That was very odd! Once we got here, she informed us that we did not book a king size room bed but insisted we booked a double queen room until I showed her. She said there are no king beds left. Sounds to me like she sold our king bedroom to another guest, thinking we weren’t going to be there! Also on Expedia it specifically says breakfast included! That’s not true, that is false advertisement! It does not have free breakfast. In the future, please don’t sell somebody’s room if you think they’re not going to be there. It’s already been paid for and there’s a reason why they chose a king bed over two queens! I feel like we should be compensated.
