Room smelled a little funny every time the AC kicked on. Toilet was broken most of the trip, even after we got it fixed we still had to keep opening the lid to fix it.
Staff was great:)
Staff very helpful. Room nice sized and very clean with many extras provided. However, not happy with bed or pillows. Should have had comfy sitting chair as shown in pictures.
Very clean room; bed and bedding very comfortable. Did have issues with tv and a/c not working properly, but they were fixed immediately. Was not aware that housekeeping services had to be requested at the front desk, when checking in, but now we know for next time.
Everything was great staff could have been friendlier not bad surprised about the deposit costs no communication on how much they held my card for. They only said it is posted on the website. On the positive note room was great it was clean and perfectly stocked. Check in was easy and great price for a nice stay
I would have given this 5 stars across the board, except that the full sized kitchen didn't come with any cookware or utensils. There was cookware, such as skillets, available in the in-house store for an additional cost, but none was not included in the room.
Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the place seemed to be pet friendly, though I didn't travel with any furry companions.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age and could benefit from some renovations and updates. The rooms and common areas feel a little dated and would be much more comfortable with some improvements. Overall, it’s a basic, budget-friendly hotel, best suited for those looking for an affordable place to stay rather than a luxury experience.
Hotel was very clean and restaurants near by. Plenty of parking and close to the maverick center if there’s an event. The commuter train also is right out front but you don’t hear it in your room which is nice.
For the price i really cant complain my main issues with this place was that there seemed to be issues with the hotel key cards after checking in my card didnt work had to come back down to reactivate and after the first night my card stopped working again and had to go back down to reactivate again talked to another person who had the same issue. My second issue is with how high the hold charge is i understand there are actual appliances in the room but 200 dollars is very steep and should be announced a bit more but like i said you have plenty of appliances so maybe justifiable. Other then that really cant beat the price of the room and with everything you need in the room it is extremely conveniant.
