The room was dated but clean. The hallways were a little dirty but I care less about that than the room. The first staff was great. The late night staff was so so. The price was really fair.

For the price I was surprised how high I had to pay! The door was hung up on the door jam and once we got in the door lock wasn’t in alignment and it wouldn’t lock. Our security was questionable due to it. The heater wouldn’t work and it blew cold air so I shut it off and was cold in the room because it wouldn’t heat up. The Ac/heater wasn’t screwed into place and it was very loose. The curtains didn’t fit properly, they looked like the threw them in the washing machine and dryer then hung them up. A lot of space around the window and curtain. Overall we were pretty disappointed in our stay especially with the $180.00 we paid for it. Be careful going here!

This place is outdated, and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, should be much cleaner. Some of the towels had yellow stains, so I requested new ones, but the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very nice, professional, and helpful.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 3:40. The ground floor was not ready yet. We were issued 3rd floor but the elevator was so creaky it didn't feel safe and it was Filthy. Not just a little bit dirty it was disgusting and gross. I had requested ground floor more than a month ago when I made the reservation. We asked if we could have our room made a priority we were met with flippancy and told the maid would not do that. Then there is the fact that we paid for a deluxe king but given a double. I didn't know that there were no kings on first floor. Then the tub was dirty. The window was obscured by crud. The bedspreads were dirty. The remote had no cover for the batteries. The chair was broken. It listed left and had an arm missing. The breakfast was all breads with high sugar yogurt and meally apples. The breakfast area was very messy with no attention given to spills. The attendant was wandering around. The coffee was not refilled and it was lousy and offered in Styrofoam cups. There was nothing about the place that I could recommend.

Although the motel itself was unremarkable (clean sheets and acceptable accommodations), it was the service which deserves high marks. I had left my CPAP behind and the motel reached out to me within hours. They coordinated with Jordan at the South Jordan UPS store to have the item returned to me. I am very grateful for the communication with them to resolve this issue. We did not stay for breakfast or use the pool while we were there. Also- although a previous reviewer stated their $100 deposit had not been returned, mine was within 4 days. I have no complaints about this stay.

The beds were literally on the floor no bed frame, carpet was disgusting, bedding had hair on it, air conditioner was dirty, curtains hanging off the side, no lampshade. I left I could NOT stay there.

I was treated poorly by the lady that works at noght when i checled in and checked out like she hated her job. I also had a horrible time trying to sleep becaise it was loud till 6am by guest slaming doors and talking in the halls, and when i complained the night lady didnt care. wont ever stay here again.

Based off past reviews I thought this was going to be a decent place to stay I was excited for the indoor pool. We pulled up and I immediately was like hmm this is not what I was expecting from the pictures. I went inside and checked in the front desk lady was nice. We got to the room and immediately went back down stairs and asked for a refund. The night stand looked like it hadn’t been dusted in who knows how long. The carpets were disgusting and having little kids I did not want them crawling on it. We looked up at the ceiling and it looked like black mold or who’s knows what. There were also dead bugs on the ceiling. I booked through Expedia so I was worried I would not get a refund. When I went downstairs and asked the lady she told me I wouldn’t get a refund off one picture and a little black stuff on the ceiling at this point she seemed irritated and I told her I had multiple pictures and that it wasn’t one spot she proceeded to call I’m assuming the manager and thankfully he said i had to go through Expedia but that he would approve the refund. We had taken this trip for my daughter archery tournament and it was hell trying to find a new place to stay because everything was booked.

Owner/manager needs to get thier act together. Staff were polite and apologetic about the MANY mix ups over booking and rooms that were not cleaned.

Most disgusting sh*thole ever!!! BEDBUGS!!!! The 1st room- the TV didn't work. The front desk lady told me to come down to switch it. When I got in the elevator I almost slipped because the whole thing had puddles. No wet caution sign. When I got down there, the water trailed all the way down the hall & lobby to the pool. When I mentioned it, she shrugged it off like it's normal because kids just got out. They switched me to "a suite that is their most expensive room" because they didn't have any other double bed rooms. It was about 8pm now. Watched TV until 10 & went to bed. At 2am I woke up itching all over. I had bites everywhere! I started searching the bed & lo and behold- BEDBUGS!!! Dead ones & alive ones. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. I waited until first light & got the hell out of there!! When I told the front counter before leaving, & asked for a refund, again- didn't seem like anyone cared. She said she wasn't even a front desk person & I would have to call the manager later but more than likely I would not get a refund. Even though I told her I had video & photo proof. The NEXT day they attempted to charge my card a 2nd time for another $100 security deposit!!! Luckily my card was locked!! Expedia attempted to contact them on my behalf to get a refund. I honesty don't know how those conversations went but at the end of the day, I was not getting the refund. I also reported them to the local Health department & also to Super 8 Wyndham managent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the most affordable hotel available for me and my kids. It is older, but it had everything we needed: an indoor pool and hot tub, free breakfast (with waffles!), etc. It isn't a five star hotel, but we weren't paying for a five star. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. We would gladly stay here again!
