"This is a charming good located in is old well keep have in mind that the place has not many amenities no access to coffee or anything from 7pm to 9 I stay there while working at the convention center long hrs my third day I have no coffee because it was only 2 coffee bags in the room for my entire stay they have coffe in hangout room and water in gym but that is close with no access after 7 pm "

The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing.
