The one time I don’t bring my own toiletries, they haven’t refilled the body wash, my partner and I had to shower with no soap. Sarah at the restaurant spoke to me so rudely when we tried to book in at the restaurant at check in, I received a sigh and frustration on her end because we didn’t have a booking - we did not dine there. However, the lady at reception was really kind and warm. I was feeling unwell in the morning and they allowed us to check out 1 hour later, which was very thoughtful. Parking was easy to attain. The view was nice, but the rooms being as small as they were did not make up for it. "
