Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to a shopping center, and the surrounding area feels quite safe. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant food was tasty, although a bit too salty. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in resolving our issues, but none of them spoke English, so we had to rely on translation apps. The bathroom facilities are somewhat outdated, and the number of towels provided was limited. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Can’t park in front of the hotel to do check in. Garage elevator do not take you to the hotel lobby. Need to walk thru business and restaurants with luggage to access hotel lobby and elevators to go to the your room. Very Inconvenient.

Adoro ficar aqui. Gosto dos empregados da recepção e fica bem fácil para ir para o shopping Salvador. A única coisa chata é o elevador que demora muito e também é quente e balança. O rooftop é legal.
