The room was clean and very well keep. The staff were all very kind and always willing to facilitate you even with a language barrier. The breakfast has a great selection of Brazilian dishes. My only set back was the bar didn’t have much local beers I expected to find but the cocktails were great

loved my room, no view unfortunately, unfortunately waiting time to check in was unacceptable, people were angry and looked like check in process is way to slow. Besides unhappy check-in time, hotel was nice, rooftop restaurant seems overly expensive, so our group went yo food options in city. Breakfast was great, good selection of food.

The Room had a fantastic sea view and was very clean. Outstanding breakfast with plenty of options (the Lady that does the Tapioca and the Omelets lives up to her legacy of being super nice and doing fantastic Tapioca) All staff was nice and helpful. Swimming pool on the roof top was very clean.

I got a great room with sea view. Room and bathroom are big. The view was breathtaking. And balcony with veranda was large. Breakfast is great and included. Rio vermilo is close by with bars and clubs close by. Casa Teresa is a restaurant close by to eat Bahian food. Everything is walkable. Go see lighthouse. Rooms can be upgraded with new fixtures and furniture. Overall very good hotel. Gym needs improvement.

The hotel is located in a good area. There are lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. In addition, the hotel has a great rooftop with a beautiful view to the ocean and you can watch the sunset. Luiza from the reception desk has provided great recommendation. Breakfast is great, but I would recommend to be more attentive with the room since it was cleaned around 5 pm and the toilet paper wasn't enough for one night.

Everything is neat and clean but missing a little softness. A little to minalmistc for my taste. No face wash cloths, a couple of chairs on our balcony with a table would be nice. Furniture is scarce in the room. Otherwise everything else was good.

I enjoyed myself at Novotel in Salvador where I stayed for 1 week. Great location with plenty of restaurants and music and great buffet and very kind staff who went out of their way to accommodate me. There is a shuttle car that takes guests up the hill where the hotel is located. Great rooftop bar and pool with beautiful sunset views. They are busy painting some floors of the hotel but very accommodating if you are uncomfortable. I can’t wait to return!

Great pool and breakfast. The party at the ocean view does go late (3pm) but we slept through it. Location was fun. Paid parking at about $5 a day valet. Vent in bathroom smelled of sewer which was gross. Maybe the trap dried out again and again. Overall great though.
