"Wir waren mit unserem siebenjährigen Kind in diesem Hotel und sind sehr enttäuscht. Ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung waren der Pool- und Wellnessbereich. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch erfahren, dass das Indoor Pool und Sauna erst ab 16 Jahren zugänglich ist. Diese wichtige Information wurde uns vorab nicht kommuniziert. Gerade bei einer Reise mit Kind ist das ein entscheidendes Kriterium. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht. Für uns war das...

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was plentiful and good. Spa, fitness room and pool/jacuzzi was very nice(would prefer longer hours in evening. Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business."

"June 6th was a lovely place to stay while we visited Salzburg. We picked it because it seemed like a clean, comfortable hotel which was close to the Hauptbanhoff. And it absolutely serves those purposes. The staff, however, was so helpful and enjoyable as well and we weren't really expecting that. Also, as packing light is my vibe I especially appreciated the hotel blow dryer with a concentrator ...that amenity won me over :)"

"Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. Exactly opposite to the main railway station and bus hub. Staff are very friendly. We came couple of hours earlier still they allowed us to check in. While leaving also we checked out and left the luggage in the hotel safely till 3 PM. Breakfast is available but was little pricey we didn't opt for it. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Very good hotel for stays."

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent Location."
