We liked the location within walking distance to Ballenas Beach. The caretaker Polo and his staff were excellent. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious, bright and airy with cathedral ceilings. The downstairs kitchen area could use an upgrade. The Internet connection is okay but not strong enough for a Zoom call.

It’s very close to the beach but I was hard to find it. The property was nice. It was good beautiful place. The only issue we had was in the morning the light was gone, and also the Internet.

Lovely apartment, very well taken care of. The star of our stay was Polo, and thanks to him our stay was 5 star. The truth is that without Polo, this condo hotel would be just a regular one.

The construction site next to the property was extremely noisy and was not safe due to falling debris, I was moved to a better room with less noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant, and the price was unbeatable... Paulo and his wife were very accommodating. My suggestion is to advise the workers at the construction site to keep the shouting and loud speaking to a minimum

Property did not have air condition in the entire apartment, so people that sleeps in living room have only fan air but not A/C. Mr Polo was very kind though. The hot water in the shower is not functioning properly, it is very hot or very cold, but difficult to regulate. The toilet needs some maintenance. Overall las terrenas is beautiful, But this particular condo seems to need more maintenance and culture of attending the tourist.

Nice place bad experience... the house does not have an electric generator the first night we could not sleep because there was no power in the area, it was very hot and to make matters worse the windows could not be opened because of the mosquitoes, the staff (Polo and Nela) tried to help us in what they could and they were very attentive but we really did not have a good time during the night. The TV did not work either and when there is no electricity there is no water in the bathrooms... but being fair area is very good and super close to the beach. The house is nice. Las Terrenas is beautiful its a shame we couldn’t have a better experience since we where celebrating my husbands birthday.

The property was good and clean and the area very nice. Now comes the crazy part. When you book they say it is self check in and that you will receive instructions on how to check in 48 hours before you arrive. I never got instructions and wrote to the property 30 hours before, 24 hours before 10 hours before and nothing - no reply. I called Expedia and they said they had several numbers for the property but nobody was answering so we went there with anxiety prepared to having to look for and book a different place. Turns out there is a front desk and care takers living on the property so the incompetence of the miss information on Expedia and the no response when you write to them made me leary of what else might go wrong but thankfully nothing did..
