"Had a booking confirmation but were told after 5h drive they didn’t have a room and it was ‘resolved’ with Expedia. Expedia ended up compensating but seemed to have been a maintenance issue on Belvedere’s side and bad communication. I highly recommend the hideaway hotel who ‘rescued’ us."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic and you could not beat the location. Pool was perfect. The only downside was the street noise. You could hear all the vehicles (we were on the main floor). Not a deal breaker for sure!"

"Great potential, but major issues across the board. Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor that came and went throughout the day, which made it uncomfortable. The door lock also broke twice during our stay, and one repair took about 30 minutes due to staff having issues with their equipment/WiFi. The all-inclusive experience was disappointing. "Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach. Private pool was very nice and overall good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! "
