The hotel is very clean and in a great location just a few minutes from the centre. Good breakfast selection. Was given option by the kind lady at reception to upgrade room to balcony room at no extra cost.

Amazing hotel right on the beautiful long beach with the waves crushing almost under your window. Large, spacious and modern rooms, stylish and well-decorated too. Great WiFi, amazing breakfast of enormous quantity and great quality and variety. Personal service from great people. Only a design miss, the balcony leaves a gap where a foot may slip in and cause injury. But nothing to worry if you notice this and you also take care of children.

We had a lovely stay in this great hotel. The rooms were really comfy with high end bedding and lovely sunny balconies. The pool had a lovely sun terrace and we enjoyed sunset cocktails on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was a nice terrace to sit out on. The hotel is 10 minutes walk out of town, but there is an excellent free shuttle that will take you into town or to walk trailheads and runs all the time, even back from restaurants at night - all available to...

Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

Pleasant three- or four-storey guesthouse (to call it a hotel would be stretching it) on the steep hillside just a stone’s throw from Kutaisi’s Bagrati Cathedral. The location is both a blessing and a bit of a curse – the main market, bridges, central park and all the city-centre amenities are just 10–15 minutes’ walk away, but getting up to the hotel means a climb of more than 100 steps (or you can use the winding road).
