Unfortunately, this hotel lacks the spirit of a 4-star hotel. The disadvantage of this hotel is that the room is very small, there is no private parking, and it is far from the city. and the staff at the reception are not comfortable.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, in a central location, but nice and quiet, in a nice neighborhood, with walking distance to restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it to all.

Denizlideki North Pointte kaldığımız için Samsun'da da aynı oteli tercih ettik. 608 numaralı odada kaldık, sabahları inanılmaz gürültü oluyordu, çalışan personeller çok gürültülü çalışıyordu ve uyuyamıyorduk. Banyonun duşakabin su akıtıyor ve banyo su içinde kalıyordu. Otel merkeze yakındı. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık, birçok 3 yıldızlı otel burdan daha iyi olabilirdi.

We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room.Room size average and clean. Breakfast was perfect for me the usual Turkish style breakfast eggs salads assorted cheeses and olives. Location was excellent across the road was the largest port with all the attractions you would visit, huge market , day and night life attractions.Behind hotel is the city center with amazing Turkish life style shops love love it.Ataturk history museum. Staff were very friendly at the reception desk. Excellent value for money.

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Stadtzentrum. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und die Fenster sehr gut isoliert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße, diese haben wir aber kaum gehört. Das Badezimmer war mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet. Leider fehlte eine Dichtung an der Tür, so dass nach dem Duschen das halbe Badezimmer nass war. Gefrühstückt haben wir meist außerhalb, da das Frühstück im Hotel recht überschaubar und auf jeden Fall verbesserungsfähig war. Am Abend haben wir einmal das Restaurant des Hotels getestet und haben festgestellt, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht ganz stimmt. Es gibt im der Umgebung viele Restaurants die geschmacklich "besseres" Essen zu kleineren Preisen anbieten. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass es 24h Roomservice gibt und man somit jederzeit etwas zu essen bekommen kann. Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Şehir merkezinde, gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Oda temizliğine özen gösterilebilir, yatak takımları kullanılmış idi. Değiştirttik.
