The hotel itself is not what it was before. Definitely requires renovation. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory: toilet seat was not clean and I had to scrub away the traces of urine. The breakfast is alright. No comments. The staff is very polite from the reception to the reastaurant and cleaning.

This Sheraton is a true five-star hotel with regards to its facilities: modern, spacious room with comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom with rain shower; indoor and outdoor pool and private sandy beach; great buffet breakfast; and convenient/plentiful parking. Check-in was quick, thanks to the front desk and baggage handling. However, while dinner service was friendly/attentive at Fora, dinner itself and drinks were a disappointment - the pasta, and especially the risotto were undercooked. The mojito was not a mojito. We would have preferred more Turkish fare, given the extensive cuisine and belief the chefs would have excelled at this. Also, given our tight schedule, we were unable to enjoy the beach/outdoor pool as access was unavailable promptly at 8 am as advertised. We would also suggest that the hotel’s gem of a beach be cleaned in advance of any garbage, which was not the case. Final helpful suggestion is to better train your friendly, young breakfast staff with regards to tea/coffee service.

Maalesef bugün otelden ayrıldık. Dün gece odamızda bi küçük tartışma yaşandı ve biz o kadar dürüstçe kendimiz Rezeption arayıp yukarı çağırıp olan bitenden bahsettik. Herşeyi gösuve ödedik. Ama çıkışımızı yaparken bize yapmadığımız bozuk kapı için 2000€ ekstra kestiler. Biz asla parasında değiliz yoksa 8 gün için 3000€ Euro dan fazla ödemezdik ve bukadar işçilerede ekstra haşlık vermezdik. Ve unutmadan balenin biri arabımızın önünü bi yere sürtüyü halde. Otel çalışanlarına dedik kameraya bakın ve gerçekten kapıyı biz kırdıysak ödeyelim!!!! Bunu maalesef kameraya bakmadan ila siz yaptınız diye bizden kestiler toplam 8 günde bu otelde 7000€ bıraktık Gerçekten yazıklar olsun. Bi de otele bilinmeyen insanları alıp havuz kenarında kavga bile yaşandı. Biz tatile geldik hem mağdur olduk, 120.000 Euro lüks arabamiz çizildi, ekstra paramızı kestiler, yıkama verdiğimiz eşyalar kayboldu. Ne diyelim artık?!? Ve bugün çıkış yaparken başka insanlarda şikayet ediyorlardı!

Açık havuzu ve spa hizmeti etkileyiciydi. Aldığımız İsveç masajından çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyon ilgisizdi. do not disturb uyarısı bulunmaması sebebiyle odamıza biz dışardayken 2 kez giriş yapıldı. Bu durumu pek hoş karşılamadık. Genel olarak temizdi ve konforluydu. Teşekkür ediyoruz.
