"Wonderful breakfast"

"Stayed one night due to an early morning medical procedure the next day. Live an hour away so it was more convenient to just stay in town. On arrival noticed there was construction happening to the roof. Check in was a little lenghty considering I booked and paid for the room online but the young lady was very nice. The room was cool as the ac was left on as well as the tv and the lights, luckily the room appeared clean. As for the breakfast I don't know how it was, we left just as it was being set up. Unfortunately for us it was not a good stay, it was very noisy, as we were on the first floor. And the mattress was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. And the air conditioner fluctuated between 68-72 all night which was just not comfortable for us. Due to the construction the property just looked bad. And we were a little scared that the roof nails were all around the sidewalk. Told the staff they needed to sweep the walkway but as we left the next morning we just had to watch our step. "

"The room was very clean and spacious loved it and the staff was great and friendly. The pool area was awesome and my daughter and son in law and my grandbabies loved the water cause it was warm. I will stay here again."

"Front desk person on check-in good and took good care of us. Snacks were a nice touch. Coffee was probably worst. Very weak."

"Decent place for the price good amenities hotel building needs some TLC but worth the value. Parking, convenience, beds were comfortable. Bar on site, pool area was ok. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything especially loud music coming from the atrium which made it impossible to relax. The overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable at all. We ended up leaving after only one hour and went to another hotel because it was that bad. To make matters worse, they refused to give us a refund and instead offered to move us to an outside entrance room which made me feel even less safe. There was also a homeless encampment along the river nearby, which added to the discomfort. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. I would not recommend staying here."

"Comfy beds , updated look , thin walls , nice staff. With 4 of us it was pretty tight , we would definitely stay again if it’s just us 2 next time"
