I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse."
