Overall nice hotel (get what you pay for) but, Entrance is vary narrow and downtrodden. Gate was broken. One way in/out. Potholes in parking lot. Pool was unkept. Staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Has a strong bleach smell in the room which was eventually discovered to try and mask the smoke smell. Breakfast was good and the overall inside hotel was clean. Neighborhood wasn’t the best with a lot of homeless nearby the underpass, but hotel itself felt safe.

Room was clean and very cold. Whole hallway was hot. Dryer in laundry room did not work. No soap in dispensers and no soap in market downstairs. Front desk had no quarters as the machine for soap took my dollar and nothing came out. TVs were also small. Not a bad stay but would appreciate amenities being available.

Had a great experience. Ended up staying an extra night. And even tho our room was originally reserved already. They helped figure out how to help us stay in the same room. The breakfast was decent. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfy. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, but they were nice enough to bring us extra blankets and pillows. Our toilet did clog up. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Jolene was super helpful and really knew what she was doing. The location was really central to everything we had planned. Especially the wonderland of America, for a kings of horror popup.
