"The hotel service was exceptional from the time we pulled up to valet. Everyone was prompt, kind, and helpful. We have stayed at many hotels on the Riverwalk. This is the first time we didn't hear street noise all night. The only disappointment was with the dine-in service. The breakfast was not good. Dinner at Ostra was amazing."
"This is our go to when we visit San Antonio. They offer a great breakfast. 5:30 each evening you get 2 drinks and finger foods. The pool is amazing. Location can’t be beat. You literally step out onto the riverwalk. It’s close to the Alamodome. Also clean, staff is always amazing. They are pet friendly but not a lot of options for bathroom for your dog. "
"I had a relaxing time during my stay. Room was huge, with a comfortable bed. The hotel was close to lots of attractions and dining options.

"Love the property location and the rooms were great. I didn’t really care for the parking situation where it’s $65 for valet or $40 with no in or out privileges. Also I was charged extra taxes and “amenity fees”. The hotel gives you an $18 credit to use at one of their bars or restaurants to help make up for it however if you don’t go to one then you lose out on that fee."

"Everything was amazing .We loved the room , it was very clean and felt like we were at home.The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Jarrod ,he was great at communicating before , during and after check-out .He is such a amazing person.The only downside was the parking , but that is only due to construction .I would definitely book again."
"The place is beautiful on the inside. I loved everything about it. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo is beautiful. "
"The bed comfort was amazing, the breakfast options were great, the front desk staff were wonderful. What I didn't like was the elevators, because when you press the button to go up to the 10th floor, it stopped on every floor, except yours. It would go back down to the lobby. The ac/ heater control panel didn't work that well. The rooms and the bathroom were really clean. "
