"Check in was smooth and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is close to the beach and to many other establishments and is walkable to many restaurants and bars as well as a couple of little stores. The breakfast offered by the hotel had good options and was prepared well. Parking was easy and behind the hotel. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The WiFi worked well and seemed strong throughout the hotel area. The bed was comfortable and there were no issues with the room. There was a tiny balcony off the room but we did not use it. Check out was easy and convenient and the staff again was helpful and friendly."

"Adorable little property! Joyce was so kind and helpful. Visited the area for two nights for a family event. My room was small but perfect! Clean and had nice touches….pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smelled great. Pump hand soap and lotion at the sink. Small fridge and hair dryer. Good size TV and the AC unit worked great. Room was clean and more updated than I honestly expected. There is a community kitchen room open from 6am-10pm. Keurig with coffees, and creamers. Microwave and hot plate and real dishes to use. Out front was a nice seating area on artificial grass. Just a cool place to chill out. Property was so quiet too. Close to the pier and eateries and convenience stores. Would go back for sure!"

"Enjoyed our time. It is a really basic accommodation. Not dirty but not super clean either. But the price is right and the location is good. There are trolley stops right outside that allow easy travel into town. The north beach is walking distance and the sunsets are great. Didn’t really interact with staff other than the friendly breakfast staff. Breakfast was basic but we did enjoy the option of toast and packaged guacamole. The pool is adequate and they cleaned it while we were there. We stayed in the outer building and the hallways are super loud and have echo. So you hear everyone walking past really loudly. So bring ear plugs. Overall it did the job. And we would return."

"The room was very clean, comfortable. It was on the road so a bit noisy and didn’t have handicapped accessible shower which was difficult for me. The decor was old fashioned still nice with refrigerator and microwave, small table and 2 chairs. Spacious room, nothing fancy though if that’s what you’re looking for. Owners very helpful. Don’t keep your room key near to your cell phone, causes it not to work!"
