"Our room did not have electricity for the second bedroom. The hotel was aware of the issue prior to our booking and failed to fix before booking us. There was no power to the TV, lamps or any outlets in the room. The bathroom light and vent also went out. "

"We booked early for the bts concert. They did NOT cancel our room. They did NOT try to modify our rates to get more money. Just running a quality motel and not trying to screw people over to make more money from patrons that already booked business with them. Will definitely stay here again and again."
