"Excellent customer service. The manager offered an early check in and provided useful tips and recommendations to explore this beautiful area in Italy. The hotel is overall in excellent conditions in a very quiet neighborhood. Their breakfast is superb, in particular for their freshly baked pastries. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter town to stay near Cinque Terre."

"Ho prenotato online la sera prima della partenza la stanza,disponibile in 2 siti differenti.Telefonai per conferma senza alcuna risposta.La mattina seguente fui contattata e mi venne segnalato che per un errore del gestore la stanza non era più disponibile. Per sopperire al disguido mi sarebbe stata proposta un'alternativa.
