On a main road between a row of shops and apartments there is a security gate through that and down an ally you find this hotel, very trendy, warm and welcoming. "Was extremely happy with the room. The bed was wonderful super clean, beautiful detail. The stock was excellent made me feel so welcome especially Leonardo. I think his last name is Jones made me feel like I was at home with the breakfast were amazing. We unfortunately didn’t get to go to the bar upstairs checked it out. The atmosphere was beautiful. Bought lunch and had it on the outdoor terrace upstairs just extremely warm and welcoming from the staff at the breakfast getting your cappuccino...

"My sister and I travelled to Rome together and stayed at La Residenza. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, good closets with drawers and excellent blackout windows. The bathroom was modern and very large with a good shower with rain head as well as spray. The sheets were of high quality and we had good pillows and nice wool blankets to add to the bed. The lobby is a bit out-dated and could use some sprucing up. The breakfast room is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. ...

"Hotel is well maintained and well located, close to The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, a 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum which is not too bad and many others. Good food options around, breakfast is amazing, the room is small like any European Hotel but very nice and bathroom shower is espectacular!! We will stay here again in a couple of weeks and can’t wait to be back! Very well recommended!! "
