"so we flew into lima from cusco and were going to fly out the next afternoon at noon. We contemplated staying in san isidro just for something to do or walk around before flying out to head back home. Given though that the traffic in lima can be unpredictable and can sometimes take an hour to two to get to the airport we didn't see the point in going all the way into san isidro just to turn around and head back to the airport in the morning. So we decided to stay at the airport so we wouldn't have to feel rushed. The hotel is literally right across from the airport! just cross the street. super easy to walk to. It is a really nice upscale hotel. We ate outside on the outside patio restaurant and had a great burger and fries! rooms were spacious and the AC was nice and crisp! Being literally a block from the airport we did not hear a single plane!!!! Nice and sound proof!"
