"From the time of check in to the process of checkout I could have not asked for any better customer service. The room was clean, breakfast was light & I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony. Parking is different but manageable with staff’s information and assistance.
Can’t wait to come back !!"
"Property very run down. First room put in had awful smell. Toilet would not flush. Asked to be moved and was told had no other rooms available. Maintenance person check it out, then it overfilled and flooded floor and dripped to room below. Maintenance man left and returned 20 minutes later with a key to a downstairs room that was suddenly available. That room smelled 100 % better… however when we awoke next morning, 3 large water roaches were walking around on our floor! Needles to say we decided not to partake in the free breakfast buffet!"
"We stayed one night in Tracy to attend a family event. The Microtel seemed like a good choice, but we were disappointed on several levels. The check-in staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were good - they even have a pancake machine!
The room, however, was below basic. There were only short pegs on which to hang any clothing and the same in the bathroom for towels. Not a drawer, phone, clock, closet, towel rack to be found. The TV was okay as was the air conditioning. The bedding was fine.
Cleanliness was not great! There was mold in the shower on all walls. The floor was sticky and dusty in areas. The elevator and hallway had a strange smell.
As far as sleep, we did not get much. The freeway noise was very minimal, but we could hear regular conversation from people in surrounding rooms. The inside walls are paper-thin. The hotel was not very full, yet we could hear noise from people walking, moving suitcases around and just talking.
Overall, not a place we want to return."
"The room was grimy from the doors to the carpet and mattress to the bathroom. There are roaches and a hole where the piping is by the sink. We left halfway through to another hotel. The area is also unsafe with people having what seemed like a yard sale in the back. Management did not believe me when I asked for a refund and she was always “out of office”.
I cannot believe this experience and I don’t feel like I had a vacation."
