"Buena ubicación. Es lo Único bueno que puedo decir. En nuestro primer día se rompió una tubería y se inundó el primer piso, por lo tanto cortaron el agua en todo el hotel, el servicio lo establecieron hasta las 8:30 pm. Al día siguiente, sin ningún aviso, volvieron a cortar el agua a las 10am. La temperatura estaba en 100 grados Fahrenheit y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba la habitación, no podíamos dormir del calor que hacía! Es un hotel muy viejo, por el precio, hay mejores opciones."

"This is a wonderful hotel once you figure out how to get to your room! It’s a combination of many houses, so it isn’t as easy as you might think. But if you get lost you see multiple gardens and courtyards. The porters are great—especially Pedro, who literally ran down the street to get our bags to a taxi. Lots of restaurants nearby and a small self-serve laundromat is across the street. We would stay there again."

"The location is amazing, walking distance to the Alcazar, the Cathedral, almost all the main sites, so you can easily take a siesta from the insane afternoon heat. Room was spacious as well. In terms of how clean/maintained it is, the single seater sofa still had leftover crumbs on the crevices from hopefully the previous guest. Towels were very thin."
