"There’s a very pleasant experience after spending time in the jungle. I’m returning back home as a perfect respite before my flight I especially enjoyed the hospitality and the friendliness of the people of the town the gifts that are offered in the hotel, such as the sauna the beautiful dining area. Rest was wonderful rejuvenating all accommodations for very top-notch. Very happy with the experience. Would recommend it to anybody before going into or out of the interior of Columbia Putumayo or Sudo Sudo Sido"
"The room was good although I found hair that didn't belong to me on the sheets..Also noticed that the floor wasn't needed better sweeping....I came to find out by a male staff that I couldn't invite my friend to my room..although my friend lives there in town...my friend was only picking up that I brought as a gift..and this whole incounter, the male staff was a bit rude..😐"
"We requested a room away from the street and found it to be quiet in the night. Priced well for budget travellers. Secure building and attentive staff"
"We booked the hotel for $40 but when we got there and they noticed we had three people instead of two they change the price to $70 but they didn't give us a better room it was the smallest room they had and they said it was so that we could eat breakfast but I told them we weren't going to eat breakfast and they still charged us $70 there was another room right across from ours with the door open that was twice as big and no one stayed in it, if they would have given us this room I could have Justified the extra money but they didn't. the other biggest complaint I had was Zero hot water and they said sorry the hot water heater wasn't working but wouldn't give us any kind of a discount. The two gals working at the desk were extremely nice but whoever they talk to on the phone was terrible"
