Staff was outstanding even when asked for assistance from other duties they assisted with an Excellent attitude (food, maintenance, cleaning staff members). The only bad thing if had to name one is the size of room (a bit smaller than othes). It was 4 of us and stayed there 10 nights so we had more than normal stuff.

Nice and cozy place. It’s located on a gated plaza which it’s pretty cool and the room was in very very clean condition. My partner and I were very pleased.

Mal muy mal !!! en la aplicacion ofrecen textualmente el servicio de estacionamiento sin valet incluido. Sin emabrgo te cobran 150 pesos extra por estacionarte . Deben revisar ese error en la aplicacion y definitivamente el gerente no debería ser gerente pues nunca tuvo la atención. Amabilidad o profesionalismo para atender como se debe la situación. Solo manda a los jóvenes de recepción a dar la cara de un error que ellos mismos mencionan que ya es común en estas instalaciones . Un llamado de atención a gerencia que tenga la educación de atender cuando se le llama y cumplir si dice que "ahorita baja" Ahorita es Ahorita así me enseñaron a mi.. estuve 20 minutos esperando en recepcion y nunca me atendió.

En general es limpio, colchones muy buenos, almohadas horribles, como que de repente limpian por encima porque me encontré muchos pelos en los clósets. Con respecto a la comida siempre dan huevo, que por cierto estaba muy rico, deberían de variarle y solo los fines de semana ponen wafles, me hubiera gustado los pusieran entre semana. También solo pusieron un jaboncito para para dos personas y no alcanza. Las tarjetas para los elevadores fallaban mucho y tenía que ir constantemente a cambiarlas .

El hotel como tal me encanto, habitaciones amplias, limpias, al tener puntos de expedia, mi estacionamiento no costo. Sin embargo no me gusto el desayuno, muy limitado y ademas habia un grupo de estudiantes de alguna congregacion, que dejaron todo sucio, bajaron en pijama, cosa que me parece de mal gusto para los demas, tiraban alimentos y no limpiaban,
