"Staff were great, including airport shuttle. Restaurant & breakfast buffet food was good. The buffet location is cramped, with few guests able to serve themselves at same time. Would be better to spread thst out more. The pool was very nice on a hot day. A fitness room would be a nice addition."

"I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!!
Overall, great experience for a hotel I reserved to spend a night to catch fan early light the next day. Shuttle to the airport for 5 euros was great !!"

"The staff was very helpful and reached out prior to our arrival through text message, asking if shuttle would be needed. Shuttle service showed up on time at the airport. If you need a shuttle back to the airport, make sure you book it early as it dies fill up and , like us, we had to take the shuttle earlier than desired. Rooms are small. "Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the train station. The shower was great, although both the room and bathroom were very small.
The breakfast area was nice, and the coffee was excellent. Parking was also convenient, but the gate did not always open properly, so at times we had to open it manually.
