"A perfect hotel. One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed. The accommodation seem new and well equipped. The shower is amazing. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We arrived late in the afternoon but the terrace bar was still open. The food was great and very reasonably priced. We had breakfast for around 17euro each and it was delightful. I will definitely return here . The hotel fits in with the lovely city that Ávila is."

"The location of this property is outstanding. The property itself could use a little TLC but is certainly functional as it is. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, but only one of four that I spoke to was able to speak English fluently. As such, we were unable to understand what amenities were available and how to use them. The rooms are fine but small and a little cramped. The overall value of the stay was very good."

"Great quality-price! The hotel is located in downtown Avila in a historical building. It does not have elevator. Breakfast is included, nice croissant and fresh toast with good coffee. Wifi works really well in rooms and public places."
