"Peaceful and relaxing. On edge of town in quiet neighborhood, next to lake. The proprietor Carlos speaks fluent English which was very helpful for a gringo on his first week in Mexico. The one potential downside, which I actually learned to see as a positive, is it takes 10-15 minutes over very slow bumpy cobblestone streets to reach the property. Take a kayak out on the lake!"

"Beautiful hotel and amenities in a Great Location!! Digital Check In was a bit complicated. We did the check in and submitted all the information. We arrived to the location and tried the Check In option at 3:30 and it was saying it was too early to check in. I tried contacting them through the number on WhatsApp, and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. It took about 30 to 40 minutes in order for someone to help out. They weren’t too helpful and weren’t understanding that no code was being sent...
