"Definitely a place to get away from it all, no crowds almost seems like your the only one there. I would definitely recommend getting a car, taxis are not easy to get and it’s a bit pricey especially if you want to explore. It approximately 25-30$ to go to town by cab. The host responded very quickly and addressed all my questions and gave excellent recommendations."

"It was clean and quiet. But the shower would get stopped up, well the plumbing in general was odd. We didn't like the hard bed and the bright lights at night from the AC, but mostly we didn't like the shower and the inconsistency of which they cleaned our room. We ran out of toilet paper one time. And communication with staff regarding check in and check out and their availability for questions was not good. Also I was disappointed that their site said they offer a bottle of wine on arrival. ...

"The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We felt safe on the property. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful time. However, considering the Hilton’s resort fee, one should not have to pay an extra fee to get a palapa closer to the water. Also, most of the palapas did not have hooks on them, so our beach bag was out of view if we left it by our palapa. Lastly, beware of cab drivers overcharging from and back to the airport.
