"Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and toilet, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout my stay, which was especially appreciated with outdoor temperatures around 30°C.
There were, however, a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. Given the hot weather, providing complimentary bottled water would be a thoughtful gesture for guests.

"Hotel bien situado para el objeto de mi estancia en Turín y cerca de estaciones de metro para ir al centro de la ciudad.
El hotel es un poco vetusto pero, ya digo, para el propósito de mi visita, más que suficiente."

"The property was delightful with many beautiful original features. We had lots of space in our apartment with plenty of room and all that we needed in the kitchen to stay there overnight. It was all really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Communications beforehand were very straightforward and clear and the checkout process was very straightforward."

"Was looking forward to our stay after seing the pictures, but got very disappointed. Our room looked more like a hospital room and was run down. Tiles were broken. Bathroom tap was loose. Plastic around the electrical outlet fell off. Hotel neighborhood was rather grim and far from the Center. Breakfast contained the basic, but was not very tasty."
