"This is always my go-to hotel for one night pre-cruise. It has always been excellent. This time, not so much! When I entered my room, there was a large fan/carpet dryer running in there, so there had obviously been some kind of flooding issue. I turned it off and put it outside the room, letting the front desk know. They never followed up about it. The carpet outside the bathroom area was very wet, but for one night I didn't feel like escalating. I am back again in May and hoping things have...

"Room was clean. AC was cold. Third floor has a great view. Within walking distance of pretty much anything you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Set us up with their complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. "

"It was ok for one night before our cruise. Looks like this was a Motel 6 location that is independent now. The property is tired but functional. The room had a nice view of the Harbor and Maritime museum, but there was a lot of street noise. Room itself was clean but tired. Ok for one night. "

"We had a wonderful stay on the Queen Mary. All of the staff were awesome. Rooms are exactly what they were when boat docked permanently in Long Beach in 1967. Don’t expect any upgrades, but that is the charm of staying in the hotel. The best part was the entire boat is a museum, everywhere you walked there was an exhibit.
