"Room was clean, bright and new. The pool was small but suited a short stay. The front desk receptionist was very helpful after a long flight and even longer wait for a hotel shuttle.
The hotel shuttle only picks up once an hour from the airport, and there was many more people waiting than spaces in the shuttle, which made for some intense moments late at night."

"No pude dusfrutar del hotel porque solo llegue a dormir por una conexion de vuelo, pero la cama fue comoda, la habitacion limpia, bonita y acogedora, el personal amable, me hubiera gustado poder dusfrutar este hotel que se veia muy lindo, su cercania al aeropuerto es desracada y el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es lo mejor para evitar cintratiempis"

"My four-night stay at Hotel Don Ernesto La Chimba was wonderful, highlighted by the friendly staff and the absolutely excellent breakfast spread. The location is incredibly peaceful, tucked away in the jungle yet conveniently just 30 minutes from the airport. While some reviewers highlight that the rooms aren't Ritz-Carlton quality, I think it is important to note that the prices certainly reflect that, and the hotel offers tremendous value for an authentic and relaxing stay."
