"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is a kind of indoor pool or water feature that kept running loudly all night. Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important. I reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately they were unable to fix it. Even worse, they showed no initiative to offer a room change or any alternative solution so we could...

"Bella struttura con visuale bellissima. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale piccola (amche troppo) ma, ma mi sento di consigliare una camera Confort, più spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima pulizia. La pecca è che, per come ubicata la mia camera, la sera, durante serata con musica, fino alle 2 di notte impossibile prendere sonno. Ristorante di qualità ma caro, due antipasti di mare, due primi, un calice di vino, una coca piccola e due bottiglie di acqua euro 95. Il posto è incantevole. "

"The Grand Hotel is a mediocre, apparently 5*, hotel. I have stayed in 3* hotels which have been much better. In Naples, Parkers Hotel is far superior. The ‘superior’ room whilst reasonably spacious was drab and had no facility for making hot drinks. It was located on the side of the hotel and the balcony overlooked what seemed to be a massive taxi rank. The receptionist said she had upgraded us from a Classic room although we had actually paid for and reserved a Superior room on Expedia. The...
