Hi, thank you very much for your review. We will investigate what happened with your reservation, but it will help if you contact us and tell us about these specific facts. We would like to apologyze if you found something not as clean as you think. As you may know, sometimes the cleaners forget something or make mistakes, but as you can see, the evaluation of the cleaning service of the hotel has one of the highest rates in San Sebastian. Regarding the size of the rooms is written on the website before you make the reservation. It is 14 m2 or 19 m2 (depends the room you chose) Anyway, we would like you visit us again and give us a new chance to change your mind of the hotel, remember San Sebastian is always a good idea.
