Host was very attentive, check in was fast, communication was excellent. Super clean, comfy bed, very quiet. Amenities 10/10. I will definitely book it again next time. All you need within 3 minutes driving as far as gas, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping plaza and then some. Loved it!!!

San Sebastian bed and breakfast.

Everything was great. Yaiza and Edwin are great and very attentive. Breakfast was great they give me three options and it was freshly cook every morning. I really enjoyed my stay in this bed and breakfast!

Ok first things first, there is no breakfast involved with this bed and breakfast. I had seen pics and reviews online mentioning breakfast but that must have been when they first opened. And there is no staff on the premises although I was able to reach the staff by sending messages through the Expedia app. I booked the Pink room for myself and my father and there are two large beds and an en suite, perfect for us. The AC was kicking in our room which was great cause we were here during August and it was always a pleasure to come back to the room. There was a separate kitchen area with a microwave, coffee maker and a large sink and plenty of utensils, plates and cups. They also provided plenty of water bottles which was fantastic cause we never had to worry about getting dehydrated. (Seriously PR in August is no joke) We did have an issue on the first day cause our bathroom door got locked from the inside and we couldn't get it open but the management was able to send someone over to change the lock entirely, right away. All in all, I'd have to say that my experience here was very good and I would recommend the residence to other travelers. Btw there's a bakery around the corner called Pepino bakery which has fantastic food. Good for breakfast and great for lunch, but if you want lunch make sure to buy it early. Like before 11:30am otherwise it goes fast.

A Local Ambasador in San Sebastián!

It was lovely space and very conveniently located in the heart of the historical town of San Sebastián. The owners of the Bed & Breakfast were so friendly and resourceful! They arrange for a tour of the the main historical house in the towns square. As it turns out, she is an architect that was involved in the restauration of the historical house. Her intimate knowledge of the architectural and historical make up the town made for an unprecedented experience. It truly made our visit! They also were very generous with recommendations for restaurants and places of interest.

false advertising. The property had nothing that it promised. There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room. IT was completely miserable experience. i will never return and will not reccomend this property to anyone.

Call if you are not promptly checking in at 3pm. You have until 10 pm but it seems the host is not always there. There might be coffee and a few things in kitchen but don't expect breakfast as shown on youtube video. We had a water leak and were offered a new room but we only had one more day left and didn't want to move our stuff. Parking might be a bit inconvenient.

The property was clean, organized and accessible. It's located in downtown San Sebastián, a few blocks away from the town square. There are museums and local stores at walking distance for your needs. My stay was peaceful and the hosts were attentive. I highly recommend this property. Will definitely come back!

It's a cute little city, but the B&B is quite sterile and our room was very small (particularly the bathroom). Breakfast was basically a take-away box from a nearby cafe.
