Hotel Murah di Sanatoga

"My room was dirty as the shower floor was wet and it looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile . The sliding door on the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way and there are no handles on the backside of the doors so you can open them . The Door into the Room looked like someone had broken in and I had trouble getting it to close and lock . There were jagged edges on it and I had to put muscle into it and when I did my shirt got snagged and now there is a whole in it . There was a Desk chair...

"This venue far exceeded our expectations...esp. their amazing breakfast! WAY above and beyond any comparable hotel we've ever been to! Plus, the standard room was NOT a standard size. It was huge! And when we ran out of tissues late at night, the friendly guy at the front desk brought another box right up a minute after we called. We would happily stay here again!"

"The bathroom was old and needed repair. The front staff never stopped talking when we checked in. We were so tired and didn’t want to listen to someone’s life story. One week after the stay the hotel charged more money and said it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia said it was the hotel. What a terrible experience."

"I needed a room for the night, traveling with a family of four. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds including sofa bed was very comfortable. There was an outdoor pool, but was unable to use as we did arrive late at night. The checkout is at twelve, and traveling with little ones is very convenient not to be rushing out without having a relaxing breakfast. Overall very happy with stay. Would recommend to anyone."

"Very disappointed. There is a 4 pm check-in, We arrived at 4:10 could complete everything BUT get our room keys because the room was not ready. We were told that they would send a text when we could check in. We had reservations at 6 pm, still didn't receive a text. Went back to the hotel ~7:30, and were told that they sent a text ~ 5:30 indicating our room was ready. WE NEVER RECEIVED a text until AFTER we were in our room. Also, a lot of construction going on which made the environment...
