"Room was supposed to have a sleeper sofa but didn’t. Air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Breakfast was disappointing"

"Closer to the Falls on Grand Island. You have to go through the toll bridge every time you have to go visit the Falls. Appeared safe for families with kids. Buratta is fine with finger food option."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lenox!. If you like historic BnB's you'll like this historic hotel. Very clean and comfortable with historic charm and modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's our new favorite place to stay when visiting Buffalo."

"The lobby has been renovated, but the rooms are still look the same when I went there 13 years ago. It feels like 90s renovation, and I can feel the carpet isn't as clean as other hotels I went to. The bed and mattress are nice and feel new. I like the access to the pool directly from the hotel room via the extra door to the courtyard. The Staff is friendly and helped me to receive all the Amazon online shopping prior to my arrival."

"The room was clean and looked new. The staff were fine—friendly enough, and I had no complaints. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The food quality was poor, with limited options compared to other hotels. Overall, the breakfast felt cheap and was the biggest letdown of my stay."

"Nothing fancy, but the beds were clean and comfortable and proximity to the airport was ideal. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and the sink did not drain well. It wasn’t dirty, just run down."

"I would not stay in this Hotel. The property is just awful, very very dirty, just disgusting, needs updated. The room had stains, smelled really bad. Changed rooms and again smelled even worse, stains in front of the door. My husband and I just couldn't do it. The receptionist was so sweet and tried changing us rooms again, but just the feeling of the place and the lobby just wasn't doing it for us, so we left and didn't stay. The manager was nice enough to refund our money in full. I booked on...
