"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "A fantastic building, beautifully restored, really a small palazzo. Very ambitious owners, fine restaurant and the suite was splendid. Perfect for exploring Puglia, but feels like it’s really a place to get married at. We’d love to come back! "

"Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, war uns das egal, wer den Tag auf der sehr schönen Terrassen verbringen will,...
