"Staff was great on check-in. Hot tub was out of order. I could easily hear the TV in the next room, which made me not want to keep my TV on later in the evening. Lots of parking available, easy access to MSP."

"When I arrived at the address, the signage at the hotel was not for Sonesta, it was for Comfort Inn. The man at the front desk explained the hotel changed names just a couple of days before my arrival. Adding to this, there was also a huge dumpster out back with what looked like stuff from gutting rooms. Despite the unease from the unexpected name change of the hotel I booked at and the giant dumpster making it seem like there was heavy construction, my stay was quiet, my room was reasonably clean, and the front desk staff was professional. "
