"The room we had was very nice, the bed was good, nice pillows. Liked having a couch to sit on. The bathroom was very good, only thing not so good was the AC unit was loud, luckily it does not stay on if room temp is at the thermostat set point, so it did not come on while sleeping. The free breakfast and dinner with drinks was appreciated. "

"The check in clerk was a bit rude when asking for a credit card for payment stating it’s the only way she could Ck us in. I wanted to clarify that I had pre pay my stay and that’s when she told me “it’s the only way to Ck in”
Yes, I understand I need to present a card but her customer service lacked customer service. In the other hand, the shuttle service was excellent and so were the waitresses in the breakfast area. "

"The room was clean, amazing view, comfortable bed and nice shower. Cleaning staff did a great job each day. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pools were awesome, food was amazing. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. For those who don’t mind walking, it is walking distance to shopping and ball fields. Highly recommend this resort. "

"Everything was amazing, very clean. The lady at front desk was very kind, she gave us a free upgrade to a king suite. Only problem with the room was the bathroom fan didn't work. Everything else with the room was clean. The breakfast was the best one ive stayed at ! "
