"Our toilet clogged and the manager handed me a plunger to do it myself. Our AC died. The free breakfast ran out of eggs, sausage, milk, and juice by 8:30 am. The maintenance person later in the day later in the day was helpful. After having a flooded bathroom all morning and no way to use the bathroom he did come up and fix that and try and fix the AC and when that wasn’t able to be fixed got us switched to a different room. "Our hotel was clean, presentable and our room was a spacious, comfy stay for our family. What I really appreciated was the dog-friendly area created for dog owners. It was a cute, spacious area for our new puppy. It was nice to see as in my previous experiences, I had to fight for a sizable location to walk the dog.
Breakfast was reasonable and easy for the kids which started our beach day in a positive direction.
I would stay here again."
