"Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Double room was spacious enough, but only had 2 shelves for luggage. Beds way too soft and saggy! Bathroom also needed updating, as several fixtures were loose. Staff only changed the towels daily, so sand on the floor stayed there the entire stay. Would have been nice to have a broom to sweep the sand off the floor. The property was spacious and quiet, especially by the water. Pool was great!"

- the position of the hotel is advantageous for
- walks on the boardwalk
- getting to the beach
- staff is courteous and always says hello
- ac blows cold
The bad:
- no fan vent in the bathroom
- uncomfortable beds
- low water pressure in the showers
- slow draining in the showers causing puddling and water to remain stagnant in the tub
- mini fridge took a night to cool down drinks
- toilet paper can sand rust off of a caliper
- no plunger so courteous flushes are...
