"This was our second time staying at this location. Great for being close to both of Vails Gondolas for access to the mountain, for our yearly Ski trips. We used the Hotel shuttle for the first time and it was great with quick service and saving on the cost of parking."

"On the last day, I found a bat in my room when I got up to use the bathroom at 5:30 a.m., and it gave me a terrible scare. Also, I asked the front desk for help calling and arranging a taxi for my return trip to the airport, but they told me they could not assist me with that."

"Has a peloton bike but it’s pretty beat up. Free self parking, rare in Vail. Room needed a facelift. Spa in the hotel was nice."

"The swimming pool was smaller than the actual pool. For the amount of people in the pool it was ridiculous."

"The person at the desk in the lobby was able to hold my cold packs in a freezer overnight for me. Thought that was really nice. Got a bottle of some lovely wine with my room. It’s where I stay anytime I’m in Vail for a reason. All this plus hot tub u see the stars at night. I mean come one. Definitely recommend."

"Great location, right in Vail Village, albeit a bit noisy. Room was spacious and clean with great storage for personal items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Guests across the hall from us had a very barky dog that we could hear at all hours. There’s no soundproofing in the windows or walls. The ‘fitness center’ was awful. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to get our exercise outside....
